On a hot summer day the homies decided to work on a "do it yourself" skate & create spot. In the farthest part of Oxnard "Southside Chiques" aka SouthOX, holds a secret location protected by the EPA. Known as the Perkins gap and soon to be the "Perkins Ledge" (whenever we finish the project) this place is another location in which DIY projects benefit the rest of the skateboarding community. 

Hot day=cool drank.....these 805 beers aren't too bad

All the homies were there scoping out the spot

Inside the boat was a bunch of junk, including this mag of XXX

Then we got into ledge design, these bricks were a good 30 lbs. We carried these things from about 200 yrds away

Chuy was sweeping away at this spot, and made a gap. This is known as the famous Perkins Gap
